Payment of your Property’s Accounts - We will receive and pay accounts such as Rates & Insurance as per your requirements.
Payment to You - We Deposit your monies into your designated bank account monthly.
Lease Renewals & Rent Reviews - Dates are all automatically monitored and actioned. Lease Renewal process managed/ negotiated (where required) Rent Review process managed/ negotiated (where required). Independent Registered Valuer of your choice used as required.
