We welcome your feedback whether offering a suggestion, observation, or expressing satisfaction or dissatisfaction with the service you have received from any of our Professionals agents or salespeople.
You do not have to use our complaints and resolution procedure. You may make a complaint directly to the Real Estate Agents Authority at any time and you may make a complaint to the Real Estate Agents Authority even if you choose to also use our procedures.
Our Complaints and Dispute Resolution Procedure
Step 1: Call us and speak to the Manager of the relevant division of our company as referred to below. Advise who you are complaining about, what your concerns are and what you would like done to resolve the matter.
Step 2: The Manager may ask you to put your complaint in writing to assist in his investigation into it. The manager will need a brief period of time to talk to the people involved. We promise to come back to you within 10 working days with a response to your complaint. That response may be in writing. As part of that response we might request that you meet with us to discuss the complaint and resolve matters fairly and to your satisfaction.
Step 3: If we are unable to come to an agreed resolution at our meeting, or if you don't wish to meet with us, then we will provide you with a written response and proposal to resolve your complaint.
Step 4: If you do not accept our proposal, please try to advise us within 5 working days. You can, of course, suggest another way of resolving your complaint.
Step 5: If a resolution is agreed upon we will endeavour to implement that resolution as soon as possible. If we are unable to reach an agreed resolution we may invite you to a mediation process.
Step 6: If we agree to mediation but do not settle the complaint or we do not agree to mediation, then that will be the end of our in-house process.
Remember:
You can still make a complaint to the Real Estate Agents Authority in the first instance and, even if you use these procedures, you can still make a complaint to the Real Estate Agents Authority at any time. Details of their complaints process and their contact details can be found on the Authority Website.
We thank you for your communication and taking the time to make contact with us.
